Dear PSC, we discussed in Bolsena to make a 3.0.1 release as a number of fixes have been applied to 3.0.x branch. I would like to propose the following:
About currently open issues, do not hesitate to take some of them, if not they’ll probably move to the next release. Let us know, if any minor features/bugs needs to be added/fixed before the release ?
On my side, I’ll concentrate on testing and migrating nodes - no major features planned.
Cheers.
Francois
Hi all, there was not many comments on 3.0.1 release. I see quite some activities on 3.0.x branch since last week but I’m not sure if that means that we should delay the release ? Is there any bug fix or major features to be apply before the release ?
On my side, I think it would be good to make the release this week to install it on the OSGeo Live (currently using 3.0.0) as it solves quite some issues. OSGeo Live feature freeze is 13th of July.
We could move all (https://github.com/geonetwork/core-geonetwork/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+milestone%3A3.0.1 - non blocking issues) to 3.0.2 and plan for it before FOSS4G ?
Cheers.

Hi Francois
I did some activities last week, but were related to fix tests/findbugs issues to get GeoNetwork building in Travis. Not sure about the others work.
For me sounds fine to have 3.0.1 so can be included in the OSGeo Live and plan for 3.0.2 before FOSS4G.

Jose García

Hi,
I polished the WFS support, which is finished now (although I still
haven't added a button on the map for that).
To me it is quite finished what I have been doing.
Regards,
María.

Hi,
I’ve done small little fixes about the map but i have nothing else planned before the release.
I began to update ngeo/ol3 to last version in a branch, it’s quite ok but it’s not needed for release and it may introduce some bugs, so i prefer push that in a next release.
Maria: where could i review the work on WFS ?
Cheers

Most of the work is here:
https://github.com/geonetwork/core-geonetwork/commit/47e62200093d4d563f7f6f9908859f1de7c01932
Merged with your branch before here:
https://github.com/geonetwork/core-geonetwork/commit/d710cd6bd7faabf87096f45838b9f41833ba9e44
I have a jsLint commit afterwards:
