[GeoNetwork-devel] HTML5 multilingual search issues.

If I add ISO19139 sample data I get a record with the following title.
"Hydrological Basins in Africa (Sample record, please remove!)"

If I use the classic interface in English and French, I can search for
"Hydrological Basins in Africa (Sample record, please remove!) " and it will
find the record.

If I switch to the html5 interface - it will find the record if the
interface is in English but it will not find the record if the interface is
in French.

Is this a bug or is there a setting that needs to be adjusted to be able to
search for English content using the French interface.

Tested with Geonetwork 2.10.1

Probably it is a bug, because I didn’t set up anything for that

Ian,

you should check multilingual settings which may impact the search results
http://geonetwork-opensource.org/manuals/trunk/eng/users/admin/configuration/index.html#multilingual-settings
but it should be the same in legacy and widgets UI I guess.

Cheers

Francois
