I'm not sure you're working on adding localized file for schematron
report (see my previous post on that

I made a patch on that and post it on the trac. See

The patch add a schematron.xml file in each languages (as usual) and
schematron_xml.xsl and schematron.xsl have been modified to use the
localized file. The DataManager then take the context language into
account before producing the report. I also removed duplicate message
for both JS popup and HTML report using escaped HTML character and add
geonetwork.css to the HTML report.
It could be fine if you have time to review the patch (then I could add
it to the trunk) if that sounds fine for all.
