what's the supposed root element of an iso19139 document? DS_DataSet (xml/search/iso19139.xsl) looks so or MD_Metadata (as examples setup\db\Metadata.ddf)?

Hi Martin,
the root element will be DS_DataSet, according to the migration script.
The data in Metadata.ddf is outdated. I decided to use the DS_DataSet
to allow the validation without having to change the 19139 xml schema.
I will fix the ddf file ASAP.
