Anyone know where the map viewer icons come
from?
I've been working on a feature
to toggle showing/hiding a reference map,
and it would be good to have an icon
that matches the style of the existing
map viewer icons.
I note that some other systems (e.g.
Cartoweb, OpenLayers) use an X
or a + for this; I was hoping for
something a little more suggestive
of what the function does.
