I would like to know your opinion on new developments on metadata import.
This proposal improve XML metadata insert module.
I wrote a proposal here :

You could also find a simple patch attached for review.
It could be proposed for vote ?

coming back on this tutorial!
I updated the wiki page to add the possibility to choose an action inserting metadata (ie overwrite metadata with same UUID, generate UUID, no actions…). [1]
I also updated patch attached and screen shot.
Is there any objection on that ?
Could we process to a vote to add this into release 2.3 ??

+1 for both of these from me.
One comment would be to ask if you can change the report on screen after the successful insert: could you display the link using the UUID instead of the internal id?
