Hi PSC members and others,
I would like to make a motion for a code freeze date and consequently
a planning for the RC and final release date following our release
strategy.

Proposed code freeze date: 9 January 2008 (Release Candidate 0)
As a consequence, the final release date should be 20 Februari 2008
preceded by two other RC releases.
