As discussed on IRC, I’m moving the NGR proposals into dedicated proposals for each one, to ease discussion and contributions by others.
The first one is ready, the Organization proposal. I’ve adapted the class diagram to model System Groups (“all”, “intranet”, etc) explicitly and separately from Organization, and I’ve added support for “departments”. A second class diagram goes further and describes a model where a user may have different roles in different groups – why not, while we’re at it.
