As discussed on IRC, I’m moving the NGR proposals into dedicated proposals for each one, to ease discussion and contributions by others.
The second one is ready, the Performance improvement in Search proposal. I’ve checked that it does not break CSW search, as I briefly feared during the IRC discussion (the interface to LuceneSearcher.java hasn’t changed).
