Dear PSC members,
I would like to propose a change to ISO19139/119 metadata extent editor/viewer.
This widget allows editors to draw metadata extent from regions list
or with a draw rectangle, polygon and circle tools. Then users view
metadata extent on the map.
The complete proposal is available here [1]. For a quick overview, you
could have a look to the screencast [2].
If motion pass, this new feature will be added to GeoNetwork trunk
(for 2.5 release).
Thanks to Patrick and Eric (who worked on OpenLayers and GeoExt). This
development was first made in the geocat.ch sandbox.
Looking forward to your votes, Regards.
