As discussed in the IRC meeting, I think the percentage is not contributing to a better understanding of the search results quality. I think the concept has to be improved further before we add this functionality to trunk and therefor now vote -1
My considerations as explained during the IRC meeting:
People feel that 100% is a misleading representation of the best fit search result (this also came up when discussing the percentage in our NGR Geonovum meeting).
I think we will move towards a separate module in the future that deals with ratings, reviews by users, analysis of user behavior and usage statistics
I’d rather see nothing for now until we come up with a more intuitive percentage / number / rating

I won’t put this up for majority voting, as I’m not so fond of this one myself :-). I’ll try to convince GeoNovum to remove it from NGR in order to keep NGR code closer aligned to GN.
