If i want to have a default value in my xml schema – labels.xml – element – label – description and I want to add a default value for example all houses have a 30 squaremeter garden. How have I to do this.

Hi,
Why wouldn’t you just use a custom template ? You create a template with your default values (30m² garden, etc) and use this template for houses’ metadata ?
