[GeoNetwork-devel] Rebuild index issue in master custom build

Hi

I’m working in a project based on master and when rebuilding the index I get this bizarre error in log file:

org.apache.lucene.facet.taxonomy.InconsistentTaxonomyException: Taxonomy was recreated at: 1361183021364638000 != 1360937230438373000
at org.apache.lucene.facet.taxonomy.directory.DirectoryTaxonomyReader.refresh(DirectoryTaxonomyReader.java:364)
at org.fao.geonet.kernel.search.LuceneIndexReaderFactory.maybeReopen(LuceneIndexReaderFactory.java:226)
at org.fao.geonet.kernel.search.LuceneIndexReaderFactory.getReader(LuceneIndexReaderFactory.java:71)
at org.fao.geonet.kernel.search.SearchManager.getIndexReader(SearchManager.java:1326)
at org.fao.geonet.kernel.search.SearchManager.getDocsChangeDate(SearchManager.java:1040)

The error happens in the method maybeReopen of LuceneIndexReaderFactory getTaxonomyReader().refresh();

I see it also in log after searches are done.

My project is not using latest master, so not sure if upgrading will solve it, but can’t manage to upgrade for now. Any tip on what can cause the error is very welcome.

Thanks and regards,
Jose García
