is there any future plans to implement the SOS (Sensor Observation Service) harvesting on geonetwork?
I want to implement that. Where do i look first?

You need to define a transformation to convert the GetCapabilities doc
to an iso19139 record.
Check in xsl/conversion/OGCWxSGetCapabilitiesto19119.
Once done, you should be able to manually import using the stylesheet
in the import admin interface.
For the harvesting, you need to add SOS as a new type of services in
loc/en/xml/harvesting.xml wxstype element.

the file OGCWxSGetCapabilities-to-19119.xsl?
