While trying to deploy a GéoSource for a customer today, we tried to integrate the software on a Windows / Active Directory / SQL Server stack. We figured out that the database setup script is not up to date on GN trunk (especially reguarding on the metadata table, which currently lacks the doctype column), so here is a patch which tends to fix the setup for this specific DB server.

PS: Would be also great to allow non-anonymous binds on LDAP / Active Directory servers, for a better LDAP auth integration. I’ll see if I can propose a patch about it ;
