Hi all,
The page https://github.com/geonetwork/core-geonetwork/wiki/Geonetwork-Change-Proposals has been updated to include all past proposals as available on the http://trac.osgeo.org/geonetwork/wiki website.
Also the instructions have been updated to reflect this new process of putting proposals forward.
Please review and make the necessary changes if you see errors.
The older proposals tables should be reviewed and updated. A range of proposals still points to development releases and their status is unclear.
