[GeoNetwork-devel] Versioned Metadata help

Hello,

I was trying to explore how the the new SVN versioning of metadata worked in
recent GeoNetwork (2.7 and 2.8 snapshots) and I must admit, I am stumped. I
click the "Start Versioning" option for metadata records, but I cannot find
where the versioned info is being stored? Can some one give me some pointers
about how to use versioning and retrieve versioned metadata? I am familiar
with SVN. I just need to know how to find the records.

The svn repository is in the data directory: data/metadata_subversion

Thanks Simon,

I saw that directory but maybe I am missunderstanding how it works. I
select "Start Versioning" for a metadata record. Then I make a few changes
and save it. I also change the status and permissions. Should there not be a
folder in the data/metadata_subversion directory with the id of that record?
(Like the structure of the metadata_data directory?) This is not happening.
I do see however that several files are being modified in the db directory -
like rep-cache.db.

Never mind. I get it sussed. I never used SVN in that manner before.
