Hi all,
I wanted to pass this email on since GeoNetwork could still do with some testing of the CSW 2.0.2 service. Mathieu wanted to jump into it but is on holidays until 20 July. I just wanted to post this to the developers list because there may be someone else that wants to give it a start.
I did give it a quick start two days ago. Not all tests pass yet, so there is some investigation to be done. Important when you try to run the tests: your test system needs to be visible to the Team engine, so it should be exposed on the Internet. You also need to make sure you have properly configured the GN System settings (like host and port as well as CSW settings), and finally you have to make sure only the CSW test data has been loaded. This last part revealed a possible error in GN when batch importing XML records from the server disk. I managed to load them one by one, but when doing the full batch at once I had an error related to the XSLT compiled cache if I remember correctly.
Please notify Mathieu and/or the list if you started testing & possibly fixing.
Cheers,
Jeroen

Subject: WFS 1.1.0 x XLink and CSW 2.0.2 ready for certificationI have decided to allow early implementers to certify these 2 standards using the beta test site:
http://cite.opengeospatial.org/te2/If you want certification, please run a final test (that passes 100%) on this new build of the TEAM engine v2 and send me the user name and session that you used.
thanks.
