I discovered a Bug in the file identification.xsl in the schemaPlugin folder
for harvesting iso19139/OGC WxS metadata.
(WEB-INF/data/config/schema_plugins/iso19139/convert/OGCWxSGetCapabilitiesto19119/identification.xsl)
Among the errors that this was causing was incomplete harvesting and
non-display of the location map. This fix changes the tag from /xsl:copy-of/
to /xsl:value-of/ for westBoundLongitude. This now matches the rest of the
tags in this section.
