Please could anyone provide me any information about the stable version of
geonetwork-install-2.8.0, as want to configure GN version 2.8.0 for our
organization on production server.

Hi Saher

According to release planning:

RC2 should be released 2 weeks after RC1 (what happened on 2012-09-21). So RC2 should be released last friday (2012-10-05), but didn’t happen.

I’ll discuss with other developers if possible to manage this week to don’t delay more.

After RC2, and unless blocking issues, the final version should happen also 2 weeks after RC2.
