have been working on that last friday during the codesprint ... Is the
functionnality up & running in the trunk ?

No. We actually worked on understanding how the existing Z39.50 client code in
GN was working and decided that a different approach is needed for implementing
the Z39.50 harvesting. Note that the basic Z39.50 search works - it's just not
available through in the web-based user interface in the v2.1 release. It can
be invoked as a main.search service, though.
What Andrea and I were working on is just implementing harvesting via Z39.50.
And I'll keep you posted on its progress once I return to the US next week and
thereafter.
