Afaik no date defined, but there're some issues open (
https://github.com/geonetwork/core-geonetwork/issues?milestone=11&state=open).
At least the ones related to the harvesters that would be good to fix for
2.10.4.
I'll check next week in IRC with other developers to plan for a release.
