You can easily go to search.xsl to add one.

Check in the file:
TOMCAT_DIR/webapps/geonetwork/xsl/search.xsl
Note that if GeoNetwork is running from the war or the installer, you'll
need to restart Tomcat/Jetty after the changes as xslt files are cached in
memory.
