I downloaded and installed the geonetwork-install-2.2.0.exe for windows.
The documentation for version 2.2 says that there should be a Harvesting
option for Adding an OGC Service, but the web page pull-down list does
not have this option as described in:
http://geonetwork.unocha.org/geonetwork/docs/ch10s07.html#d0e3607
I noticed a couple of things:
1) In the "About" web page, it says: "This site is powered by
GeoNetwork opensource 2.1."
2) The document that comes up from the Help button does not have
Adding an OGC Service as one of the options described in the document
Is the windows installer not updated to 2.2?
