Hi list,
I would like to automatically create metadata from shapefiles or rasters (extent, EPSG, etc.) : from data file, l want to create ISO 19139 XML file. I like Metadator tool (https://github.com/Guts/Metadator)but Metadator uses an interface and isn't compatible with rasters. So I would prefer a command-line tool.
Do you use Metadator or another tool ? I have looked for another free tool on the web but I haven't found the perfect tool ! Maybe I could use gdal python library but it seems to me that requires a lot of work.
