Hello.
I tried to create new metadata record using online editor. I made it as it
was written on the official Geonetwork web-page:

First I filled username and password, to allow GeoNetwork to identify me
and determined if I have the required permissions to create metadata. Next I
selected "new metadata" from the administration page. Then in „Metadata
creation” window I couldn’t choose the “Template” because there was no
templates, and I could choose only “Sample group” from “Groups”. What did I
wrong? Is this some bug? I am using Geonetwork beta4. This problem occurred
after fresh installation of Geonetwork beta4. I'm using Oracle 10g as
database.
