[GeoNetwork-users] change metadata group ownership

Hi: one of the users in our GN install is part of 3 groups (say a, b,
c).

There are some metadata that were created by this user account under
group a. I would like to change group ownership to group b (keeping the
same user ownership).

Any ideas on how to make this change? FYI I have admin privileges.

Hi,

In my mind, you just have to change the privilileges of the metadata. You
remove all the privileges in the group a) and you add the privileges in
group b).

So group a) doesn't have anymore the privilege for this metadata so the
group owner change.

Thanks for the info. I still want the same privileges, however I want the group that created the metadata (i.e. during metadata creation, there is a group select box which allows you to choose) to change.

Any suggestions?
