Hi,
I've schedule a harvest of a GeoServer. I've set the record to be "public"
in the Harvesting Management (privileges for the Group "All" set for: View,
Interactive Map, Featured)
The problem is that once the harvest run again all the privileges are reset
?
I must manually reconfigure the privileges to make my records publicly
visible.
IS this a bug or do I miss a feature ?
Version:2.9.0-SNAPSHOT

I know that harvested records should NOT be editable... but that doesn't seem to relate to your problem.

I by chance you (or any forumer) could please make a test to see if it also
happen to you ?
1/ Harvest a GeoServer and set a schedule (day, week.. whatever).
2/ Make your harvested data with privileges set to "All" (publicly
available).
3/ When re-harvested with the scheduler the records are not set anymore with
"All" even if you specify this in the harvest option.
4/ You have to manually re-assigned this "All" privileges afterwards which
is time consuming.
Does this happen to some of you ?
I'm sure you harvest with schedule some GeoServer.

Hi Francois,
I've check in the log of the 24/10/2012 that is the moment where the harvest
has been made and could not find any clues to figure out what went wrong for
the privileges assignment.
Here is a grep of the ERROR for this day. If you could find any hints that
could help to solve this out I could provide more focused log on the
dedicated period.
