ISO19119 has an optional attribute MD_Metadata/fileIdentifier that needs to be unique
ISO19139 has an optional XML attribute gmd:MD_Metadata@anonymised.com
How can I make gmd:MD_Metadata/gmd:fileIdentifier an editable field
(I wish to put the metadata pointOfTruth there as a URL [hence unique and useful])
and if needed
move the current uuid from the ISO19139 element gmd:MD_Metadata/gmd:fileIdentifier to the attribute gmd:MD_Metadata@anonymised.com
