[GeoNetwork-users] Connection problems

Hello,

i'm running geonetwork 2.6.4 on a win xp virtual machine with tomcat 5.5 and
postgresql 8.4.

The problem is, that the preview map on the upper left and the map viewer in
the main window are working fine when opened on the virtual machine where
geonetwork is installed. From other clients geonetwork is also reachable but
the map preview and the map viewer are leaving blank.

I've allready made changes in the system configuration (server, host, proxy
settings) of geonetwork and in GAST but the map is still blank.

Does anybody know where i've to make additional changes so that the map
shows up on other client pc's?

Hi

Please check in geonetwork/WEB-INF/config-gui.xml the url of map layers. By
default point to http://localhost:8080/ , change with the correct server
url.

Thanks Jose!

This was the perfect hint to solve my problem. I just had to change all
"localhost" entries to vm's ip in config-gui.xml.
