Currently when we go through metadata.insert and metadata.update xml
services we have an option to specify whether the metadata should be
validated against the schematron rules. If we go through CSW Transaction
service(to insert and update) do we have a similar option to specify if the
metadata should be validated against schematron rules? Thanks.
