Hi,
In the date of metadata, apparently the element "now", used (according to
INSPIRE implementing rules) to describe a time series which is updated
every day, is not available in the editor. Am I correct? And, would it be
possible to add it?

In the editor, you should be able to display all attributes from the
toolbar menu "manage attributes"
and then add the indeterminate position element
