Thanks for you advice but this doesn't work for included xsl sylesheets.
README content is:

When caching is on, only the main XSL stylesheet
last update date is checked and not all included XSL. If you update
an included stylesheet, cache is still used.

When I edit or show an added schema record the appropriate stylesheet is
included in a main stylesheet (metadata-utils.xsl). There is no effect on
caching with the change of the class as reported in the README file.
Sorry, but this doesn't work for my purpose.
Are there other ideas?
