As a user I would like to have the metadata handy when I download a dataset. Suggestion is to include the metadata with the shapefile, gml or kml dataset that I download directly from geonetwork.
Suggestion to implement this is to be able to run a wizard so that you can specify what data you want to download and have an option to include the metadata file?
Any thoughts?

We used to have some kind of wizard to do a custom package from the
metadata (and associated resources) and generating a licence file based on
the metadata constraints.
Would be good to migrate those services/ui in the Angular app. I think it
