Hi,
we changed to version 3.2.1 (from 3.2.0) and have a problem with the editor. If I try to edit or create a new metadata record, the editor won't completely load. It
will load the boxes on the right side for the associated resources, validation, and suggestions, but that's it.
It's a similar problem with the editor Heather already described in https://sourceforge.net/p/geonetwork/mailman/message/35816338/.
With the following differences:
- the version
- we didn't get any error
- and It shows only the boxes on the top right every time.
We use Tomcat 8.5 and PostGreSQL 9.6. Tested with Browser IE and Firefox.
The same problem exists even editing the sample metadata records.

Otherwise there was a problem with the XML-File i18n.xml, which wasn't located in ...\loc\ger\xml.
In 3.2.0 the file didn't exist in the folder structure and never showed as a problem/bug. Is the german language in version 3.2.1 stylesheets completely developed?
Maybe anyone has a good idea or solution for the problem?
