Search > Select all > Export CSV. The selection is limited to 1000 records
by default, but can be increased in admin > configuration.
You also have a CSV search service where you can easily get results as text
eg. http://apps.titellus.net/geonetwork/srv/eng/csv.search?any=criter
MEF export also contains a table of content in HTML and CSV format (but
with less info).
