It shows all German explanations, e.g. if you would like to edit metadata. It
also shows some hints from Coordination Office GDI-DE and Germany´s AK
Metadaten. Now you can read the iso element name when clicking on the element in
the gui for editing. Perhaps I will adjust a few more texts in the weeks to
come.
And there is one more thing: The English word "Keyword" always is translated as
"Schlüsselwort". This is wrong, for a "Schlüsselwort" is for decoding messages.
The correct German term ist "Schlagwort", for a "Schlagwort" you will find in a
library in order to get books dealing with the same topic.
I´d be glad, if somebody could upload the file labels.xml to the official
GeoNetwork development pages, please.

First, thanks for your contribution.
I had a look, but there is some changes, that you don't really need.
You added element tag name in all description
<description>gmd:evaluationMethodDescription
Tag name is displayed in the help in the widget UIs and if you want to
display them in the old UI, you should probably change the popup in
charge of displaying the help and not the help text.
If we apply such a change, it would have been done in all languages
and I'm not sure we want that.
The widget UI also display information on the parent element (so no
need to indicate the context).
Also, if you could make a github pull request[1] [2], that will make
the merge of your contribution much easier.
