Hi,

Does somebody know which versions of PostGres/GIS are known as compatible with GeoNetwork 2.6.x? 2.8?
Does some documentation talk about it? 

I tried GN 2.6.5 with PostGIS 2 and I was not abble to make it work (it only works 1.5). Have I maybe missed something?.

Hi Victor,

I am running postgresql 9.1 with postgis 2.0 OK on win xp

Could be due to postGIS 2.0 not having some deprecated postGIS 1.5 spatial functions
that GN 2.6.5 is still using .

If you run C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.1\share\contrib\postgis-2.0\legacy.sql
on your GN db. This will add some deprecated spatial functions that GN still
uses. I run this through the pg Admin III tool.
