Yes, I think also It will be very important to have a unique repository of GN sources with a specific branch for Geosource, showed the nearest of the french project. Futhermore, It will be easier to merge the code. Do you think it will possible to open this branch ?

Let's start discussing a plan to integrate your developments based on this! We are about ready for a 2.1 beta release, but we can plan for some of the described functions to still be integrated. For the other functions we may work on integrating them in a 2.2 release for instance!?
I agree with the approach. Thesaurus --> 2.1 (francois, do you think it will available ?). Other, I will try to evaluate the job to add other functionalities... I will be very glad if we could sent our contribution of GN for the 2.2 release !

This may be a good next step now that 19139 support is available in GN2.1 and François started working on adding the thesaurus for instance. I think that working in the same SVN has a big benefit to ensure we all know exactly where we go and where we can ensure to get the best common approach.
I would like to invite you to start merging translations and thesaurus support directly on 2.1 and work on merging SRS, attribute metadata, contact directory support and import export functions through a branch on the GN SVN. Is that an option?
I noticed a range of small, nice improvements in your site that I would welcome to be added to GN 2.1 too. For instance the "metadata loading" message in the metadata view when changing tabs etc.. .
Also the export and import of search results are nice. They are very much in line with export import functions Andrea has been working on.
