I am trying to install the geonetwork metadata application v2.0.2 onto my server running fedora core 3. I have installed java SDK 1.4.2 but keep on recieving an error when I try to install geonetwork by invoking the command Java -jar .
The error I get when I try to compile is the Main-Class manifest failed to load.
What do you think I am doing wrong? I think it has to do with the paths of java but am not sure. Any help would be appreciated.
