Hello, I recently installed the Geonetwork 2.8.0 on Tomcat 7 with database
connection Postgresql-PostGIS. But two problems happen. The homepage
Geonetwork is very slow, and when trying to Haversting Geoserver with the
error "Failed to compile stylesheet!" occurs. Please can anyone help?

Hi Davi
Related to slow access, have you check the JVM memory settings? Tomcat by
default defines a very low JVM memory settings and really need to be
increased.
Related to harvester, it's related to this issue:
http://trac.osgeo.org/geonetwork/ticket/1233 We should plan for 2.8.1 soon
as this issue is preventing to work properly the OGC harvester.
If you want to apply directly in your 2.8.0 installation instead of waiting
to 2.8.1, here is the link to the related commit:

Garcia, thanks for the help. As for the problem with the Harvesting, I'll
try to apply the patch. But in relation to the problem of slow on the main
Geonetwork: I'm using Tomcat is running in production instances of
Geoserver and was fully optimized with respect to memory allocation. I'm
sure the problem is not related to slow it. My Tomcat is running on port
8181. Already in "System Configuration" and changed the port 8080 to 8181.
Also edited the config-file gui.xml, altered layers pointing to my
geoserver layers real, and nothing. The problem of slowness continues. The
interesting thing is that when accessing the main page of Geoserver, all my
browser (chrome) hangs until it passes about 30 seconds. The slowness
happens only on the main page. On other pages, everything happens normally.
