Hi Darwin,

to add a DC metadata now you must use the xml insert form. Next week
we will release a new geonetwork with empty templates for DC.

Regarding lucene, you should be more specific and direct your questions
to Roberto Giaccio who wrote it. I can say that the input parameters
are combined into an XML tree which is fed into the proper schema
stylesheet. If you look inside web/xml/search you can find the basic
lucene stylesheet (lucene.xsl) and one lucene stylesheet for each metadata
schema.
