I am trying to switch my GeoNetwork v 2.6.4 instance to use another Oracle
database. I've built the tables in the new database and seemingly I am able
to insert all my records. That is, the batch import tells me it has
uploaded the correct number of XML records. However when I try to publish
the records the searches by resource type (like below), that help you select
which records you wish to publish, do not return all the database records!
http://…/geonetwork/srv/en/main.search.embedded?category=datasets and
http://…/geonetwork/srv/en/main.search.embedded?category=interactiveResources
In the geonetwork log I see errors like:
2012-12-11 16:03:06,687 ERROR [geonetwork.datamanager] - The metadata
document index with id=14 is corrupt/invalid - ignoring it. Error: null
2012-12-11 16:06:26,781 ERROR [geonetwork.datamanager] - The metadata
document index with id=368 is corrupt/invalid - ignoring it. Error: null
I've looked at the XML records that were imported with these ids and they
are not only well-formed, but also valid.
I've tried rebuilding the lucene index but this has made no difference
Any thoughts as to what is going wrong?
thanks
