Have you try with the ?debug param in the url? To verify if maybe a issue
of the wro4j cache (in debug mode no wro4j cache is used and I guess should
be picked the change).
If works in debug mode, check in the Administration page > Tools to cleanup
the wro4j cache, at least in 3.2.x there's an option to clear JS/CSS cache,
but not sure if also it's available in 3.0.x.

I see some javascript errors when using the debug mode. Not very clear if
it's a issue in 3.0.4, but usually both debug and no debug modes should
work.
