Well, the error I get is:
Message: 'null' is null or not an object
Line: 64
Char: 2
Code: 0
URI: http://localhost:8080/geonetwork/scripts/harvesting/harvester-view.js
I tried to comment out some lines in harvester-view.js and was able to display the settings page for ArcSDE harvesting. When I tried to save, I got another JS error instead. I didn't go any further than this. Something must be wrong in 2.6. Can anyone setup ArcSDE harvesting, or even get to the settings page for ArcSDE harvesting?
I also had a quick look in the settings-table and find the structure a bit do hard to edit myself that way.

what is the error you're getting ?
Some days ago someone was unable to save Settings (in the System Configuration page). Harvester configurations are stored in the same table "Settings" that that page operates on. Could you verify whether you can change any value in the System Configuration page and successfully save that, or not ? If not, it's probably some inconsistency in the content of the Settings table.
