[GeoNetwork-users] Harvested records from FAO's CSW service don't show up in GN 2.4.0-RC2

Although the Harvesting Management page in GeoNetwork 2.4.0-RC2 shows me that I have successfully added 6472 metadata records from FAO, they don't show up anywhere else. I did add all privileges to all groups.
What am I doing wrong?

Check that in the harvester configuration you copy policy from FAO
node to your node in order to make remote public record, public on
your node also.
