The Australian BoM are running V2.8 & trying to Harvest from ABARES Z3950
server and are getting:

Unretrievable 2208
BRS and Australian Natural Resources Data Library (ANRDL)
Total 1011
Added 1010
Could not insert 1
Grand Total
Total 3219
Added 1010
Removed 1010
Unretrievable 2208
Could not insert 1
why are (and which) records being referenced to the "Unknown server"?
why can 1 record not be inserted?
How do we progress to get this working?
