[GeoNetwork-users] Harvestor Error from OGC web services

Hi List

Harvesting through OGC webservice and was given this error: bad response.
Below is what was shown in geonetwork after I tried harvesting.
I just took a snipet, but it looks as if the harvester is getting the information but can't get the actual XMl file.
Any thoughts?

Hi Kevin

This URL
http://maps.ottawa.ca/arcgis/rest/services/AdministrativeAreas/MapServer?SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.3.0&REQUEST=GetCapabilities
returns an html page

It seems an ESRI REST endpoint, I don't think that supports OGC protocol,
please check as the endpoint for WMS should be different.
