Hi,
I'm really stupid.
But after try to install the geonetwork 2.7 r9116.
when try to create a new metadata, GN will report this message:
"No templates available, import metadata first."
This seem simply, but. I see all the templates was removed from the actul
version of GN trunk.
Why this ?
I don't understand the mean of this operation.
Before GN will come with a set of templates able to be imported.
Now GeoNetwork came with 0 (zero) templates.
OK, no problem.
Probably there is a method to create a template,
I will see the documentation.
So I need to discovered how to create a template.
But there is the second surprise
The documentation will report only samples of creation of templates from an
existing metadata.
Good !
I cannot create metadata because I don't have any template available, and
also I cannot create a templates becasue I canno thave any metadata.
Wow .
Ok, I will search another metadata editor on internet (there is some other
metadata editor that don't ask a template unexistent to create a metadata ?)
Perhaps if I create a metadata with that metadata editor after I would be
able to load it and create a template. ?
Is this a workable strategy.
I try it ,
but the response was NO.
Infact the good GeoNetwork will try to understand what is the schema of the
metadata I try to load, and because the templates loaded are 0 , it refuse
the load.
So I don't know what to do to exit from this corner.
Please, any help is welcome.
Thx,
