Using the ISO19115/iso19139 template metadata is possibile to give a list and description of the attributes available in a GIS archive ?

The typical way to do this best supported in GeoNetwork as of v.6 is to use
the "Link feature catalogue" function. This populates the
gmd:contentInfo.gmd:MD_FeatureCatalogueDescription section of the metadata.
I believe it is also possible to populate the the gmd:contentInfo directly
with this info if you would wish to do so.
